Aimee can support you in a process of living your life with greater vitality and deeper connection with yourself and others. She provides a safe and supportive space for you to explore your inner landscape and tap into your own wisdom. Using present moment experience, she invites curiosity about how you relate with yourself and others.

Aimee works with individuals and couples in a variety of areas including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, chronic health conditions, sexuality, gender, personal growth, relationship issues, and life transitions. She welcomes all forms of diversity.
Her presence is personable, responsive, and playful. She encourages authentic expression, awareness, and embodiment. While holistic in her approach, her primary therapeutic modes are relational and somatic (mind and body unified). Aimee’s work is also informed by attachment theory.

Aimee is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, with a Masters in Somatic Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies. She has extensive training in Hakomi, a mindfulnessbased therapy, as well as additional training in working with trauma. She trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a relationship therapy designed to help build awareness and increase intimacy in couples. She is a Certified Massage Practioner, and trained in the use of psychotherapeutic touch. Her work is also informed by her background in dance and yoga.

Therapy is a unique opportunity to slow down and increase selfawareness. It would be her honor to be a part of your unfolding journey.
