With over 33 years of experience and training in therapeutic massage, movement arts, holistic health, and mindbody medicine, Liesl brings a  multidimensional approach to the table during her integrated, intuitive bodywork sessions.

Erica “Sequoia” Prindle, MA, Associate CSW

Sequoia, our MSW intern supervised by Aimee Pomerleau, LMFT, received a B.A. in Psychology in 2013 from UC Santa Cruz and a Masters of Social Work from CSU Monterey Bay in 2017.

Gina Parisi, MS

Gina graduated with her Master’s of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from University of Utah in 2013.  She has worked with thousands of athletes on health and human performance. Since 2014 she has been studying meditation, yoga, and ayurveda to incorporate a holistic approach to her work with clients.

Jordana Adler, MA, CPC, RYT 200

Jordana, our Lead Neurofeedback Technician, graduated from Pacifica Graduate Institute, with a Masters degree in Depth Psychology emphasizing in Somatics. 

Anjoli Kumra, MA, LMFT

Jaqui Mendoza

Jaqui, our Office Manager and a Neurofeedback Technician, is a local to Santa Cruz. She is currently majoring in Biomedical Engineering at Cabrillo College.  

Christina Cat

Christina, our Bookkeeper, studies bookkeeping at Mission College and geography at Cabrillo College.  In her free time she does pet sitting and kitten fostering.  She has found neurofeedback to be extremely helpful in working on her goals.
